DME Assam’s official Round 1 educational notice sets a different schedule from the dates previously published by HGE. Doctors should disregard the earlier 17–21 October combined registration/choice window and follow the corrected official calendar below.
Immediate action: Registration opens on 21 October and closes on 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM. Choice filling runs separately from 26 to 28 October, closing at 5:00 PM. Choice locking is available on 28 October from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM.
