The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, has officially opened the online choice filling process for the Third Round (Round 3 / State Mop-Up) of admissions into MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026–27 academic year.
All candidates included in the ACPUGMEC Round 3 verified merit list who completed physical document verification at designated Help Centres can now log into the candidate portal (medadmgujarat.org) and submit their prioritized college preferences between 06 October 2026 and 10 October 2026.

2. Seat Quota Structure & Fee Categories in Gujarat
Candidates must understand the three distinct fee tiers across Gujarat medical colleges before submitting preferences:
Government Medical Colleges (GMC): Highly subsidized annual tuition fees (~₹25,000/year). Includes BJMC Ahmedabad, Baroda Medical College, GMC Surat, MP Shah Jamnagar, PDU Rajkot, and GMC Bhavnagar.
GMERS Medical Colleges (Society): State-subsidized Government Quota seats (~₹3.30 Lakhs to ₹3.75 Lakhs/year) and Management Quota seats (~₹8.50 Lakhs to ₹9.00 Lakhs/year). Spans 13 GMERS colleges including Sola Ahmedabad, Gotri Vadodara, Gandhinagar, Junagadh, Himmatnagar, etc.
Self-Financed Institutes (SFI): Private medical colleges with Government Quota seats (~₹7.5L to ₹9L/year) and Management Quota seats (~₹16L to ₹18L/year). Includes Pramukhswami Karamsad, CU Shah Surendranagar, GCS Ahmedabad, Zydus Dahod, and Parul Institute Vadodara.
3. Step-by-Step Choice Filling Instructions
Visit medadmgujarat.org and click on "Undergraduate Admission (Medical, Dental)".
Log in using your User ID, PIN, 14-digit Password, and Security Captcha.
Navigate to the "Choice Filling" tab. View available colleges sorted by Government, GMERS, and SFI.
Add choices sequentially from highest priority to lowest priority.
Review your selected choices carefully; verify that institutions you cannot afford or do not wish to attend are completely omitted.
Save and lock your choices, and download the choice submission receipt for future reference.
