The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, Government of Assam, has officially released the Provisional State Merit List for NEET PG 2026 candidates eligible for 50% State Quota seats across Government Medical Colleges of Assam for the academic year 2026–27.
Eligible candidates who appeared in NEET PG 2026 and fulfill Assam State Domicile and MBBS eligibility norms can now download the merit list PDF directly from the official portal at dme.assam.gov.in.

The provisional list details candidate NEET PG Roll Number, Testing ID, Name, Category, Exam Score, AIR, Rural Incentive Marks, and Final Normalized State Merit Position. Candidates have until 16 October 2026 to report any discrepancies.
