The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, has officially published the Final Seat Allotment Result for Round 3 of NEET UG 2026 Counselling on 01 October 2026.

Following the closure of the grievance redressal window at 10:00 AM today and the resolution of candidate representations, the result is now definitive and actionable. MCC has confirmed that in-person physical college reporting will officially commence tomorrow, Friday, 02 October 2026, and remain open until 09 October 2026.

1. How to Download the Official Provisional Allotment Letter

  1. Visit the official MCC UG Counselling portal at https://mcc.nic.in/ug-medical-counselling/.

  2. Under the Candidate Activity Board, click on "Provisional Allotment Letter Round 3".

  3. Enter your NEET UG Roll Number, Password, and Security PIN.

  4. Your individualized allotment letter showing your allotted college, branch, quota, and category will be displayed.

  5. Download and print at least 4 clear copies for the admission process.

5. Mandatory Document Checklist for In-Person College Reporting

  1. Provisional Allotment Letter issued by MCC (generated post Final Result declaration).

  2. NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Scorecard / Official Rank Letter issued by NTA.

  3. Class 10 Certificate & Mark Sheet (proof of Date of Birth).

  4. Class 12 Certificate & Mark Sheet (qualifying marks in PCB & English).

  5. Eight (8) Passport-Size Photographs identical to the NEET application photograph.

  6. Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport).

  7. Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwBD) in the prescribed Central format, where applicable.

  8. Online Server-Generated Relieving Letter from previous institute (strictly mandatory for upgraded candidates).

  9. Tuition fee payment instrument (Demand Draft / RTGS receipt as specified in the allotted institute's profile).
