The Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board-2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, has issued a time-critical notification for candidates seeking MBBS and BDS admissions under special quotas in Round 3.
Under this official order, all candidates registered under the NRI Quota, WDP (Wards of Defence Personnel), and WPP (Wards of Para-Military Personnel) categories who were not physically verified in earlier rounds must report in person TODAY, Monday, 05 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 03:00 PM IST at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

2. Mandatory Original Document Checklist
For NRI Candidates:
Valid passport and visa/OCI card of the NRI sponsor.
Sponsorship affidavit attested by the Indian Embassy / Consular Office or Executive Magistrate.
Proof of relationship with candidate (family tree certificate issued by competent revenue authority).
Bank statement / NRE account certificate of the sponsor.
For WDP & WPP Candidates:
Original Certificate of Priority (Priority I to IX) issued by Kendriya Sainik Board / Rajya Sainik Board / Zila Sainik Welfare Office.
Discharge book, PPO, and service identity proof of parent.
Gallantry award citations (if claiming Priority I to V).
General Academic Dossier: NEET UG 2026 Admit Card, Scorecard, Class 10 Certificate (DOB proof), Class 12 Marks Statement, Rajasthan Domicile Certificate, and Government Photo ID.
3. Critical Instructions for Aspirants
Who Needs to Attend: Only candidates whose names appear on the verification list published on the portal on 04 October and who have not completed physical verification earlier.
Who Does NOT Need to Attend: Candidates already verified in Round 1 or Round 2 do not need to attend today; their verified status stands retained.
Disqualification Warning: Failure to report today before 03:00 PM will result in immediate forfeiture of claim to NRI or Defence seats in Round 3.
