4. Severe Seat Leaving Bond Warning
IMPORTANT WARNING UNDER RULE 15 (1) (T): Madhya Pradesh Medical Admission Rules enforce a mandatory Seat Leaving Bond. If a candidate accepts an allotment in the Mop-Up round and subsequently resigns or fails to complete the course, they are liable to pay the full Seat Leaving Bond penalty of ₹10 Lakhs in Government Medical Colleges and up to ₹30 Lakhs in Private Medical Colleges, along with debarment from state counselling.
