# Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Final Document Verification Opportunity
> Candidates who missed Round 2 physical verification or have an unresolved document deficiency must report by 4:00 PM on 19 September 2026.
Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has issued a final opportunity notice for candidates provisionally allotted MBBS or BDS seats in Haryana Round 2.
## Who must report?
- Candidates who did not complete physical document verification
- Candidates whose documents were marked deficient
- Provisionally allotted Round 2 MBBS/BDS candidates covered by the official notice
## Deadline and venue
Deadline: 19 September 2026, up to 4:00 PM
Venue: Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak
> Failure to complete verification or remove the notified deficiency within the deadline will result in cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat.
## Documents and preparation
Candidates should carry:
- Round 2 provisional allotment document
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Original Class 10 and Class 12 documents
- Valid Haryana domicile/residence documents, where applicable
- Category, EWS, BCA, BCB, SC/Deprived SC, PwBD, ESM/FF or NRI documents, where applicable
- Tuition-fee payment evidence
- All documents mentioned in the Haryana admission notification
- Copies of any document-deficiency communication

- Physical verification: 17–19 September, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Provisional admission-letter download: up to 20 September
- Last date of joining the allotted institute: 20 September, 4:00 PM
## What candidates should do
1. Check whether their name/document status remains pending.
2. Reach the verification venue well before 4:00 PM.
3. Carry original documents and required photocopies.
4. Resolve every recorded deficiency.
5. Download the provisional admission letter after successful verification.
6. Complete joining by 4:00 PM on 20 September.
