Haryana DMER/UHSR has completed the registration and choice-filling stage of Round 2 MBBS/BDS counselling.

What Closed on 12 September?

The official Haryana Round-2 schedule placed all of the following between:

10 September 2026 and 12 September 2026 up to 11:59 PM

• fresh registration;
• willingness for Round-2 participation;
• editing of submitted information;
• online security-deposit payment;
• online choice filling;
• choice locking.

That deadline has now passed.

Hire Guide Education should therefore remove any stale dashboard status showing:

Current Haryana Round-2 Stage

The correct stage is now:

ALLOTMENT PROCESSING

The next official event is scheduled for:

14 SEPTEMBER 2026

for:

• provisional seat allocation;
• grievance handling on the provisional allocation;
• publication of the final allocation list after grievances.

Candidates should now wait for the official allotment rather than attempting further choice editing.

Who Participated in Round 2?

The official portal states that Round-2 willingness was available to:

• registered candidates who were not allotted a seat in Round 1;
• candidates allotted in Round 1 who did not join;
• candidates who joined their Round-1 seat but wanted upgradation.

These groups should now monitor the allotment result on 14 September.

What Candidates Should Prepare Before Result

Candidates should keep ready:

1. NEET UG 2026 score/rank details.
2. Haryana application/login credentials.
3. Original eligibility documents.
4. Category certificate where applicable.
5. EWS certificate issued after 1 April 2026 where applicable.
6. BCA/BCB Non-Creamy Layer documentation where applicable.
7. NRI/OCI/PIO documents if applying under that route.
8. Admission fee/payment readiness.
9. Original documents for physical verification if allotted.

What Happens After Provisional Allocation?

The official Round-2 schedule provides the following sequence:

14 September 2026

Provisional seat allocation

Then:

• grievances against provisional allocation;
• final allocation after grievance consideration.

14–16 September 2026

Online provisional tuition-fee payment

Deadline:

16 September 2026 — 5:00 PM

17–19 September 2026

Physical Document Verification

Timing:

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The official schedule states that personal appearance with original documents before the Admission Committee at Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is mandatory for provisionally allotted candidates completing the prescribed process.

HGE Result Analysis Requirement

When Haryana publishes the Round-2 allotment, Hire Guide Education should perform a complete result analysis rather than issuing only a simple result notice.

• Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College
• BPS Government Medical College
• SHKM Government Medical College
• other participating Government colleges

For each:

• opening AIR
• closing AIR
• category
• quota
• Round-1 → Round-2 movement

ESIC

Keep ESIC quota/eligibility separate from ordinary Haryana Government State Quota where applicable.

Do not merge its cutoff blindly with State Government seats.

Private MBBS

Keep separate:

• State/Government quota where applicable
• Management/private quota
• minority route
• NRI route

Private and Government MBBS cutoff movement must not be combined.

BDS

Analyse BDS independently from MBBS.

Required dimensions:

• Government Dental
• Private Dental
• quota
• category
• opening/closing AIR
• Round-1 → Round-2 movement

Category Mapping — HGE Rule

Preserve Haryana's official reservation terminology before normalisation.

Important vertical categories include:

• Open
• EWS
• BCA
• BCB
• SC / applicable SC classification

Horizontal/special claims must remain separate.

Do not merge quota and category into one field.

Important Private-College Rule

The official Haryana portal warns that admissions made independently by Private Medical/Dental institutions or Private Universities outside the prescribed centralised counselling mechanism:

shall not be valid and will be considered null and void.

Students should complete admission only through the officially allotted counselling process.
