This new PDF gives HGE a verified checkpoint between:
Round 1 allotment → tuition fee payment → physical verification → final joining
It can help identify candidates who actually progressed toward admission, rather than relying only on the provisional allotment list.
For final Haryana Round 1 cutoff extraction, HGE should still wait for completed admission/joining data wherever the authority provides it.
Do NOT Use This as Final Cutoff Data Yet
The verification list is extremely useful, but it should not replace the final admission dataset.
Why?
A candidate appearing here has successfully verified documents, but admission still requires completion of the remaining joining formalities.
Therefore:
Verified allotment ≠ final admitted closing rank in every case.
