The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has officially commenced the Round 1 Online Registration, PIN Purchase, and Document Verification process for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses (MD, MS, PG Diploma, and CPS) for the academic year 2026–27.
Eligible candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2026 can now purchase the 14-digit registration PIN and complete the online application process through the official state admission portal at medadmgujarat.org and medadmgujarat.ncode.in.

3. Mandatory Document Checklist for Help Center Verification
NEET PG 2026 Scorecard and Admit Card.
Online Registration Slip (with chosen appointment slot).
MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate.
All MBBS Professional Marksheets (1st, 2nd, 3rd Part-I, and 3rd Part-II).
Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship Completion Certificate (completed on or before 15.08.2026).
Registration Certificate: Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by Gujarat Medical Council (GMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
School Leaving Certificate / Birth Certificate (proof of Indian citizenship and date of birth).
Domicile / Caste Certificate (if applicable):
SEBC Candidates: Caste Certificate + Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate (valid for FY 2026–27 in Gujarati Parishishta-4).
EWS Candidates: Valid Gujarat State EWS Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026.
SC / ST Candidates: Valid Caste Certificate issued by competent Gujarat authority.
Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates): Issued by designated medical board.
