DNB Candidates Face NOC Action
PDCET 2026 candidates reportedly face NBEMS show-cause action over missing employer/bond NOCs, with possible candidature cancellation. Candidates who received an NBEMS email should respond immediately.
🚨 Urgent DNB Post Diploma Update: Some PDCET 2026 candidates are reportedly facing NBEMS show-cause action because the required employer/bond No Objection Certificate (NOC) was not submitted during counselling.
⚠️ Important: This concerns candidates who have actually received an NBEMS communication. Hire Guide Education has not found a public NBEMS order cancelling PDCET admissions generally.
What Has Happened?
Around 20 DNB Post Diploma candidates are reported to have received show-cause communications concerning missing NOCs.
The issue primarily affects candidates who were:
Employed by an institution/state authority, or
Serving under a service bond, and
Required to obtain permission/NOC from the competent authority.
Why Is NOC Important?
Under the applicable DNB Post Diploma counselling rules, an employed or bonded candidate may be required to furnish documents such as:
No Objection Certificate
Relieving Letter
Study Leave approval
The exact requirement depends on the candidate's employment/bond status and applicable counselling provisions.
What Is the Risk?
The reported NBEMS communication asks affected candidates to explain why their PDCET candidature should not be cancelled for non-compliance.
🚨 Possible consequence: cancellation of candidature/admission if the required response/documentation is not accepted.
Immediate Action for Affected Candidates
Check your registered email immediately.
Check spam/junk folders for NBEMS communication.
Read the individual show-cause notice carefully.
Verify the exact response deadline stated in your notice.
Obtain the NOC/relieving/study-leave document from the competent authority wherever possible.
Prepare documentary proof showing when you applied for the NOC.
Submit your explanation through the method specified by NBEMS.
Preserve acknowledgement and screenshots of submission.
⏰ Candidates whose notice specifies 19 September 2026 as the deadline should treat the matter as urgent today.
Important Clarification
This should not be interpreted as cancellation of all PDCET 2026 admissions.
The reported action concerns candidates with an individual documentation deficiency relating to the NOC requirement.
HGE Verification Status
The issue is supported by current reporting and existing NBEMS counselling rules, but Hire Guide Education has not independently located a public NBEMS general show-cause/cancellation notice covering all affected candidates.
