BCECEB has revised Bihar PGMAC 2026 Round 1 dates. The provisional allotment is due on 6 November; order download runs 6–12 November and verification/admission 10–12 November.
Bihar NEET PG 2026 Round 1 revised schedule: result now on 6 November
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has revised the Round 1 post-allotment schedule for PGMAC-2026. The change applies to MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB Degree and DNB Diploma admissions in participating government and private medical colleges of Bihar.
The operative order is Advt. No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2026/03 dated 2 November 2026. It supersedes only the three Round 1 dates listed below. BCECEB explicitly states that the Round 2 programme and the remaining terms in the detailed 18 October notice remain unchanged.

Important: the revised notice gives calendar dates but does not state clock times for these three activities. Candidates should not assume an end-of-day or 11:59 PM deadline and should follow the live PGMAC portal and their allotment order.
What allotted candidates must do
Check the PGMAC portal on 6 November 2026 for the provisional allotment result.
If allotted, upload clear PDF copies of the required original documents before submitting willingness as Freeze or Float.
Download the provisional allotment order during 6–12 November 2026.
Freeze candidates taking admission must report physically to the allotted institute for document verification and admission during 10–12 November 2026.
Float candidates seeking upgradation need not report physically in Round 1; the allotted institute verifies their uploaded documents online under BCECEB’s detailed rules.

What changes for my rank, branch or category?
This notice changes the timeline only. It does not revise the seat matrix, category rules, eligibility or branch-wise availability. Rank and branch prospects therefore should not be recalculated from this notice alone. The actual allotment result on 6 November will determine the college, course and allotted category for each candidate.
