Madha Medical College and Hospital, Thandalam, Chennai
50 additional MBBS seats
Arunai Medical College and Hospital, Tiruvannamalai
50 additional MBBS seats
APS Medical College Hospital, Mevaloorkuppam, Kancheepuram
150 MBBS seats — Newly Established Medical College / New LoP
Total Newly Added MBBS Seats: 250
IMPORTANT FOR ROUND 2 CANDIDATES
The Tamil Nadu Selection Committee has specifically allowed eligible Round-2 candidates to:
Edit choices
Re-order existing choices
Add these newly included medical colleges
This applies even to candidates who had already submitted their Round-2 choices before these seats were added.
FINAL CHOICE FILLING DEADLINE
13 SEPTEMBER 2026 — 2:00 PM
If candidates do not manually lock choices before the deadline, the applicable official Round-2 schedule states that submitted choices will be automatically locked at the closing time.
Candidates should therefore review their list before the deadline instead of relying on automatic locking.

Tamil Nadu Communal Reservation rules
This means HGE should not treat all 250 seats as one common quota.
The final seat matrix should preserve the official Government, Management and applicable reservation distribution separately.
