NMC has released the official MBBS seat matrix for 2026–27, including new colleges and increased seats.

🏥 NMC has published the official college-wise MBBS seat matrix for the 2026–27 academic year, based on the position as on 13 July 2026.
The matrix excludes Institutions of National Importance.
Therefore, it should not be used as the complete seat source for:
- AIIMS
- JIPMER
- Other applicable INIs
Important Data Clarification
The NMC matrix represents approved/permitted institutional MBBS intake.
It is not the same as:
- MCC Round 1 seat matrix
- State quota matrix
- Category-wise seat distribution
- Management/NRI seat breakup
- Round-wise vacancy matrix
Each counselling authority will publish its own quota and category allocation separately.
