Seat, Branch and Financial Intelligence

  • Seat matrix: Not yet published with this notice. The first matrix is scheduled for 1 November 2026. Do not treat any college, branch or DNB hospital as available until it appears in the official counselling matrix.

  • New or withdrawn seats: Not specified in Advt. No. 103. No seat totals can yet be reconciled.

  • Cutoffs: No allotment result or official cutoff is available. Admission chances cannot be recalibrated until the merit list, matrices and allotment results are published.

  • Fees, security deposit, stipend and bond: Not specified in this schedule notice. JCECEB says the detailed information bulletin will be published soon. Do not rely on prior-year amounts as 2026 facts.

  • DNB caution: DNB is within the counselling scope, but NBEMS accreditation by itself does not prove that a seat is offered in this counselling. Availability requires confirmation in the JCECEB seat matrix.

Choice-Filling Strategy

Before Round 1 opens, build a preference list by speciality and institute rather than reputation alone. Compare clinical exposure, patient load, ICU/emergency/OT access, hands-on opportunities, academics, MD/MS versus DNB fit, fees, stipend, bond/service obligation, location and personal career plans. Only official seat-matrix entries should be used as selectable opportunities.

Keep ambitious, realistic and safer acceptable choices in the true order in which you would join them. Do not place an unwanted branch or unaffordable institute above an acceptable option. Final outcomes remain dependent on NEET PG rank, State merit, category, eligibility, reservation, domicile/in-service rules, seat availability and choice order; no admission is guaranteed.

What Is Still Awaited

The detailed information bulletin, confirmed application fee, security deposit, eligibility wording, reservation implementation, round rules, resignation/forfeiture provisions, institutional fee/stipend/bond data and the actual seat matrices are not yet officially confirmed in Advt. No. 103. Candidates should read the bulletin when it appears and treat it as controlling where it adds or revises operational details.
