Who Is Affected?
The notice concerns candidates who were allotted an MBBS/BDS seat during the previous UP NEET UG counselling cycle's:
- Stray Vacancy Round
- Special Stray Vacancy Round
and did not complete the required reporting/admission process after allotment.
Candidates included in the official debarred list should not assume that normal UP NEET UG 2026 registration automatically makes them eligible.
Important Eligibility Consequence
Candidates specifically included in the official debarred list are barred from participating in the UP NEET UG 2026 counselling process according to the DGME notice.
