Eligible candidates seeking this state-quota round should follow OJEE's portal instructions and check whether their existing registration and merit status require an action; the notice does not expressly say every earlier registrant must re-register.

Provisional revised state merit list: Scheduled for 30 September 2026, 2:00 PM. Verify your details and eligibility; a place on a merit list does not guarantee an allotment.

Queries on provisional revised merit list: Notice lists 1 October 2026, 11:30 AM. It does not specify whether this is an opening or closing time, so check the portal's detailed query instructions rather than assuming a deadline.

Third-round state merit list: Scheduled for 1 October 2026, 5:30 PM.

Choice filling and locking: 1 October 2026, 7:30 PM → 4 October 2026, 11:59 PM, for all state-merit-listed candidates. Check category/quota eligibility, college fees, bond terms and official vacancy data, then rank only options you are prepared to accept. The notice does not explicitly explain whether choices from a previous round carry forward; do not assume they will.

Provisional admission/reporting: The PDF lists 11–15 October 2026 for fee payment and reporting to the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, with original documents and a signed bond. It says a college-wise reporting schedule and further instructions will be notified later. Importantly, MCC's 14 September national framework lists 14 October as the last state Round 3 joining date, while this OJEE PDF's reporting range extends to 15 October. Caution: errors inside the official timetable

Although the heading says 3rd Round, introductory and allotment rows call it the 2nd Round. The notice prints “08-09-2026, 11:30 AM” for allotment-letter publication and “Till 07-09-2026, 9:00 AM” for withdrawal/resignation—dates that precede its late-September registration and early-October choice filling. Its provisional-allotment row shows 6 October, 11:30 AM but also says “2nd Round.” Do not silently reinterpret these rows as October dates or act on a guessed resignation or result deadline. OJEE needs to clarify or correct the affected rows. The official MCC state counselling framework places state Round 3 activity in the 28 September–9 October window, but MCC's general timetable does not repair OJEE's contradictory candidate-level details.
