MCC DGHS NEET PG 2026 Counselling Schedule Released: Complete AIQ & State Master Calendar Announced

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, has officially notified the Master Time Schedule for NEET PG 2026 counselling (AY 2026–27) for All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed & Central Universities, ESIC, AFMC, All-India DNB seats, and synchronized State Quotas across all Indian States and Union Territories.

This coordinated calendar has been formulated in strict compliance with the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to eliminate date clashes, streamline candidate decision-making, prevent seat blocking, and enforce timely commencement of postgraduate medical education nationwide.

6. Exit, Forfeiture & Resignation Rules (Supreme Court Ruling)

• Round 1: Free exit available if candidate chooses not to join allotted seat. Willingness to upgrade in Round 2 permitted upon reporting.

• Round 2: If allotted a seat and candidate fails to report, security deposit is forfeited. If candidate joins Round 2 seat, they cannot resign and are permanently barred from Round 3 and Stray Vacancy across India.

• Round 3 & Stray Vacancy: Strictly for candidates holding no seat in Round 1 or 2. Automated data exchange purges all admitted candidates.

7. Mandatory Reporting Documents Checklist

1. Provisional Allotment Letter generated from MCC portal.

2. NEET PG 2026 Admit Card and NBEMS Scorecard/Rank Letter.

3. MBBS Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate.

4. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate (NMC or State Medical Council).

5. Internship Completion Certificate (completed on or before 15.08.2026).

6. Higher Secondary / Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth.

7. Government Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID).

8. Caste/EWS Certificate in Central format, if applicable.

9. PwD Certificate from 16 MCC Designated Centres with QR code, if applicable.
