What changed from the indicative result?

HGE compared all 1,366 rows in the official 31 October indicative result with all 1,366 rows in the official 02 November provisional result. The candidate set and the displayed college, course, allotted category, additional category, service status, State merit rank and All India Rank were identical.

Rank is not a guaranteed prediction. The wide AIR bands show why candidates should not compare a private-college seat-type label with a Government seat, or combine In-Service and Non-Service rows. Category, additional-category status, choice order and institute all materially affect the observed last allotted AIR.

What changes for my rank, branch and category?

  • If allotted: download the current allotment letter from 03 November, verify the printed college/course/seat-type label, and complete fee and reporting steps within their separate deadlines.

  • If comparing your AIR: use only rows matching your service status, allotted category, additional category, official seat-type label, college and branch. A branch-wide last AIR is not a personal prediction.

  • If not allotted: the Board says the programme for further rounds will be published later. Do not assume a Round 2 vacancy or upgrade option before the official matrix and schedule appear.

  • If your allotment appears inconsistent: the earlier grievance window has concluded. Use the official support/grievance mechanism and retain documentary proof; the notice permits further verification and correction where required.

Reporting checklist

  • Current allotment letter — 6 copies.

  • Application form — 2 copies.

  • Self-attested photocopies of all submitted documents — 2 sets.

  • All original relevant documents, required bonds and other items listed in the information bulletin.

  • Proof of the prescribed one-year tuition-fee payment made through NEFT/RTGS.

The result notice does not create a verified new resignation or upgradation window, and the schedule says further processes will be published later. HGE therefore does not import “Freeze,” “Float,” “Free Exit” or other terminology from another authority.
