This is a clearly labelled largest-branch summary, not a complete branch table. Entry volume alone does not measure specialty demand. The result PDF does not publish NEET PG AIR or marks, so HGE has not calculated opening ranks, closing ranks or a branch-wise cutoff. No rank guarantee or next-round prediction should be inferred from these counts.

What changes for my allotment?

  • If every field is correct: wait for the 04.11.2026 revised provisional result, if BFUHS publishes a change, then follow candidate-login fee and reporting instructions for 05.11.2026–10.11.2026.

  • If college, branch, quota, category or identity data appears wrong: use the official objection route—personal appearance at the BFUHS Admission Branch, Faridkot, with supporting documents—by 03.11.2026 up to 05.00 PM.

  • If you intend to join: keep original identity, NEET PG, MBBS, internship, registration, NOC/category and other applicable documents ready. Admission remains subject to document and eligibility verification by the allotted institution.

  • If you do not report: the prospectus states that failure to report within the prescribed period or complete admission formalities results in cancellation of the provisional allotment.

Free Exit and upgradation

The BFUHS prospectus uses the term Free Exit for the First Round and states that it will operate according to the schedule and guidelines notified by the Government of Punjab and the University. The current First Round schedule does not publish a separate Free Exit deadline, so candidates should not import a deadline or “float/hold” rule from MCC, JoSAA or another state. For Second Round upgradation, the prospectus says candidates seeking a change of specialty or college must submit willingness, deposit the prescribed security deposit where applicable and exercise fresh preferences within the later notified schedule.
