Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2026 Registration Open for MBBS and BDS

MP DME has started NEET UG 2026 Round 1 registration for MBBS and BDS. Online registration is open from 5 August to 13 August 2026 at 11:59 PM. State merit list will be released on 14 August and choice filling will run from 15 to 18 August.

Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh has released the official MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 schedule.

Registration last date: 13 August 2026, up to 11:59 PM

The official tentative schedule is dated 3 August 2026 and covers Round 1 admission to MBBS and BDS courses through Madhya Pradesh State counselling.

Who Should Register?

Candidates should complete MP NEET UG registration if they:

Separate MP Registration Is Required

MCC All India counselling and Madhya Pradesh State counselling are separate processes.

Candidates interested in MP State counselling must separately create their profile and complete registration through the official DME MPOnline portal.

MP Profile Registration

Upgradation to Round 2 — Mandatory Action

The upgradation option can be exercised from:

21 August to 27 August 2026, up to 11:55 PM

The official schedule clearly states:

  • Exercising the upgradation option is mandatory.
  • The admission slip will be generated only after the candidate selects YES or NO.
  • Candidates can edit their upgradation choice through their login until 27 August at 11:55 PM.
