FNB Round 1 Result Out

NBEMS has declared the FNB 2025 Round 1 allotment result. Selected candidates must choose Accept and Freeze or Upgrade, and frozen-seat candidates must report by 22 July 2026, 5:00 PM.

NBEMS has declared the First Round allotment result for Online Centralized Merit-Based Counselling for FNB seats of the 2025 admission session.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat must log in to the NBEMS counselling portal and select the applicable option.

Accept and Freeze:

Candidates who want to join the allotted seat must select Accept and Freeze. Once the seat is frozen, the candidate will not be eligible to participate in subsequent counselling rounds.

After freezing the seat, candidates must download the Seat Allotment Letter and report to the allotted institution by 22 July 2026, 5:00 PM IST.

Upgrade:

Candidates who do not select Accept and Freeze may choose Upgrade. Their currently allotted seat will remain protected while they are considered for a higher-preference seat in Round 2.

If no upgraded seat is allotted in Round 2, the Round 1 seat will be re-allotted and the candidate will be required to join it. Such candidates will not be eligible for the final Mop-up Round, if conducted.

Important Fee Rule:

Candidates who neither select Accept and Freeze nor Upgrade after receiving an allotment will become ineligible for subsequent counselling rounds. The first-year course fee deposited with NBEMS will also be forfeited.

The seat allotment is provisional and remains subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria, original-document verification and final scrutiny by NBEMS.

Candidates should check the allotment result immediately, select the appropriate option and arrange all original documents before reporting.
