Who must act?

Every candidate shown in the Round 1 provisional allotment list must verify the exact allotted institute, programme, quota, category and gender seat before reporting. The result includes State Institutional Quota and State Open Quota allocations; these labels must not be treated as the same route.

Document and payment checks

  • Carry the originals required by the counselling rules, including the counselling registration slip, NEET PG admit card and scorecard, and all MBBS marksheets.

  • In-service candidates serving in rural or difficult areas must bring the prescribed certificates from State Health Services or the NHM contractual service route, as applicable.

  • The notice states that failure to produce a required original certificate at scrutiny can cancel selection and disqualify the candidate.

  • Candidates allotted to private institutions with annual tuition fees above ₹10 lakh—Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhilai, and Shri Balaji Institute of Medical Science, Raipur—must provide the required bank guarantee in addition to the cheque.

  • The notice accepts bank guarantees from State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank and Indian Bank.

  • After online reporting and payment, obtain the official acknowledgement/receipt and preserve it.

Observed branch demand in the official result

Cutoff derived from the official allotment result. Among early non-bonus, UR/State Institutional Quota records, General Medicine at Pt. J.N.M. Medical College, Raipur appears at AIR 879; Radio Diagnosis at the same college appears at AIR 1,568; Dermatology appears at AIR 2,771; and General Medicine at CIMS Bilaspur appears at AIR 4,386. A State Open Quota Radio Diagnosis allotment at Shri Shankaracharya Institute, Bhilai appears at AIR 5,359.

These examples show strong early-round demand for Radio Diagnosis, General Medicine and Dermatology, but they are not universal closing ranks. The result mixes quota, category, gender seat, candidature type and in-service bonus. For example, bonus marks can materially change the total score used for in-service candidates, so raw AIR comparisons across these groups are misleading.

What changes for my rank, branch and category?

  • Allotted candidate: focus first on completing scrutiny and admission within the exact window; the provisional allotment is not protected by simply appearing in the PDF.

  • State Institutional candidate: compare only against the same quota, category, gender-seat label and candidature type.

  • State Open candidate: do not use institutional-quota ranks as direct predictors.

  • In-service candidate: verify the bonus-mark and service-certificate fields. A missing service certificate can affect eligibility and the allotment.

  • Not allotted: do not infer a guaranteed next-round seat from the last-listed rank. Wait for the official vacancy matrix and next-round schedule.
