Registration + Application + Fee/Security Deposit Payment: 10 August to 14 August 2026 — till 11:59 PM

Choice Filling & Locking: Up to 17 August 2026 — 11:59 PM

• MBBS
• BDS

The official UGMAC notification also covers BVSc & AH and BFSc, but Hire Guide Education is keeping Veterinary/Fisheries routes separate from MBBS/BDS.

Round 1 Important Schedule

Important — Registration Is Only Once for Round 1 & Round 2

BCECEB clearly states that online registration/application will be done once for Round 1 and Round 2.

No fresh registration opportunity will be provided between Round 1 and Round 2.

Candidates who want to participate should therefore not miss the current registration window.

7. Photo/signature and applicable document upload
8. Application preview
9. Final submission
10. Counselling fee payment
11. Security deposit payment, where applicable
12. Choice filling

14. Download Confirmation Page / Fee Receipt
15. Download final Choice Slip

Registration Fee

For Government Medical/Dental seats:

• UR / EWS / BC / EBC: ₹1,200
• SC / ST / DQ: ₹600

For Private Medical/Dental participation:

• ₹1,200 registration/counselling fee for all categories

Applicable security deposit is additional according to the college/course combination selected.

Very Important — Payment Must Reflect Successfully

BCECEB warns that if payment fails or does not reflect successfully before the deadline, the application may remain incomplete.

If an amount is debited but the transaction fails, candidates should follow the BCECEB payment instructions rather than simply waiting for automatic status correction.

NRI Candidates

Candidates who want to claim NRI quota must select NRI during UGMAC registration and upload the prescribed supporting documents.

Applicable documents may include:

• NEET UG 2026 Score Card
• Valid passport
• NRI certificate from competent Embassy / Indian Consulate
• Sponsorship affidavit
• NRE bank-account proof
• Relationship/guardianship documentation as applicable

Do not select NRI quota without satisfying the current official requirements.

DQ / PwD Candidates

Candidates claiming DQ/PwD must follow the prescribed certificate requirements.

BCECEB states that applicable candidates need the required disability certificate from authorised centres along with:

• UDID Card
• Prescribed affidavit
• DQ/PwD certificate

These requirements must be followed exactly.

Check Seat Matrix Before Choice Filling

BCECEB has already uploaded the UGMAC-2026 Seat Matrix.

Candidates should check:

• Government MBBS seats
• Private MBBS seats
• Government BDS seats
• Private BDS seats
• Category/quota eligibility
• Private-college fee structure

before finalising preferences.

Private Medical/Dental Fee Warning

BCECEB specifically advises candidates to verify private-college fee structures before registration and choice filling.

Do not select a private college only on the basis of cutoff.

• Hostel charges
• Other institutional charges
• Location
• Bond/service condition
• College recognition
• Previous admission trends

Choice Filling Advice

Candidates can save and modify choices during the available window.

Before locking:

1. Arrange colleges in genuine preference order.
2. Check government/private status.
3. Check course and fee.
4. Check quota/category eligibility.
5. Review the entire list.
6. Lock choices before 17 August at 11:59 PM.
7. Download your final Choice Slip.

Complete registration and payment well before 14 August at 11:59 PM.

After registration, candidates have until 17 August at 11:59 PM to finalise and lock choices.

Do not miss the registration window assuming fresh registration will reopen for Round 2 — BCECEB has specifically stated that no fresh registration will be provided between Round 1 and Round 2.
