Under Punjab's general 2026 private MBBS fee notification, the prescribed first-year fee was:
- Government Quota: ₹4,69,000
- Management Quota: ₹12,06,000
However, Adesh University challenged this fee notification.

In view of the interim High Court order, Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences & Research is presently permitted to charge the Management Quota fee even from candidates admitted against the 50% Government Quota seats.
